We begin our first modular class in
Singapore. For this 10-11 March, we will be using the study
materials from Equip International (MLM curriculum), Book 1
and 2.
There are three areas, crucial to leadership development, which
will be discussed:
1) Spiritual formation -
integrity, ethics, humility, motives, core values
2) Skill formation -
developing people, communicating, team building, problem solving
3) Strategic formation -
effective planning, priorities, vision, developing leaders.
Book One - God's call to lead, the heart of the leader,
I have a dream, decision making, cultivating people's skills
and strategic planning.
Book Two - Leadership tests, security or sabotage, developing
tasks, team work, wise investment and measuring personal growth.
Please come and learn together. The venue is at Life
B-P Church, 9A, Gilstead Road (near Newton MRT), 10-11 March
(9 a. m. to 5 p. m.). The cost will be $10 per day for the book.
You may attend one or two days. There will be some leaders from
Batam, indicating their desires to attend. Please do register
by emailing to me early so that we can get the books for you.
