Praise and Prayer Items in Brief

Pulpit Ministry-30 May 2010
Pray for the Lord's anointing on Bro Lim Chien Chong as the Lord's messenger and Bro Roger Han as Chairman. Pray for our instrumentalists: Sis Cheryl Chiu and Sis Joanna Hor. Pray for the chairperson and the instrumentalists as they leads the congregation in worship.

Usher Ministry- 30 May 2010
Pray for Bro Allan Lim, Bro Daniel Tan & Bro Lee Kee Min as they greet the members/friends. Pray for their safety.

Worship Service: Thank God for the opportunity to worship the Lord on Sundays. Pray for a meaningful time to seek the Lord always. Pray for all worshippers to come early for worship. Pray that we will not have late comers but that all will be in God's house together to sing the first hymn of praise to the Lord.

Missions
Filadelfia: Pray that God will bless this ministry and strengthen the members' faith. Pray for strength and wisdom for the leaders as they serve Him.

Shelter Home: Pray for the dedication of the extension building on 30 May. Pray for Pastor as he leads in this dedication.

Other Ministries
Youth Ministry: Pray that the youths will serve the Lord faithfully and fervently. Pray that they will manage their time well in their studies and service for Him. Pray for their outreach in June. Pray for salvation of souls.

Adult Fellowship: Pray for the speaker, Dr. Oswald Goh as he speaks on "Listening Skills". Pray for the Lord to bless our gathering in fellowship and learning from His precious Word.

Sis Chew Gim: Pray that God will protect and strengthen her as she serves in the orphanage. Pray for good health and protection. Thank God for seeing her through her graduation last Sunday with an MA (Intercultural Studies).

Church Camp in 2010: Pray for God's leading upon Dr Harding as the Camp Speaker. Pray for the Holy Spirit to touch the hearts of the campers through the messages. Pray that the Lord will renew and refresh us at this camp.

35th Anniversary Pictorial Magazine: Pray for the formation of this committee with Sis Catherine Ng leading it.

Good News Club on 31 May: Pray for non-Christian children to attend. Pray for their salvation. Pray for helpers to come forth to serve the Lord. Thank God for the opportunity to hold another GNC.

Peacemaking Seminar in June: Pray for pastor as he facilitate two sessions on this study. Pray for a fruitful time of learning and applying the principles of peacemaking in our church and in our Christian life and family.

Outreach in August: Pray for the Evangelism and AF committee as they plan for this outreach. Pray for wisdom in deciding the venue and the programme.
