Praise and Prayer Items in Brief

Pulpit Ministry- 4 July 2010
Pray for the Lord's anointing on Pastor as the Lord's messenger and Bro Richard Tan as Chairman. Pray for our instrumentalists: Bro Edwin Lian and Sis Tay Boon Jin.

Usher Ministry- 4 July 2010
Pray for Bro Allan Lim, Bro John Tan, Bro Daniel Tan and Bro Raymond Seah as they greet the members/friends cheerfully. Pray for their safety in the Lord's work. Pray for a blessed usher's retreat in July.

Worship Service: Pray for a blessed time of worship to our Almighty God. Pray for members to make an effort to come early for worship.

Missions
Filadelfia: Pray that God will grant wisdom to the leaders as they serve Him. Pray for the workers as they begin to construct the kindergarten building. Pray for their safety.

Shelter Home: Pray for the children that they will grow physically as well as spiritually. Pray for the Lord's protection upon them from evil man. Pray for their studies that they will do well.

Other Ministries
Youth Ministry: Pray that the youth will grow in their love to the Lord. Thank God for the outreach last Friday. Pray for the follow-up of those who came for the outreach.

Adult Fellowship: Praise the Lord for the wonderful parenting seminar. Pray that we will be better parents in communicating with our kids.

Sis Chew Gim: Pray that she will have the joy in serving God in the orphanage and have wisdom in looking after the children. Pray that she may have the opportunity to witness to her colleagues and to the kids. Pray for her health too.

Pray for Bro James Tan as he goes on a mission trip to Central Thailand with OMF. Pray that the Lord will be able to use him for His glory. Pray for his safety.

Personal Evangelism: Pray for members to have the opportunity and the courage to share the Good News with their unsaved loved ones and friends. Thank God for the contact session last Saturday in church.

Church Camp Committee for 2011: Pray for the Lord's leading in selecting the camp committee for next year. Pray for the Lord to lead us to the venue too.

Pray for Pastor and the Session leaders good health, wisdom in making decisions for the Church, harmony and unity in decision making and support from their family members.

Church Expansion: Pray for the architect, Mr Quek Swee Kiang who will look into the redevelopment of Grace Church.

Children's Ministry: Continue to pray for this work to be established in our church. Pray for Sis Hannah Yeo as she handles this ministry. Pray for wisdom and stamina in service.
