Praise and Prayer Items in Brief

Pulpit Ministry-27 June 2010
Pray for the Lord's anointing on Rev Goh Seng Fong as the Lord's messenger and Dn Victor Goh as Chairman. Pray for our instrumentalists: Sis Cheryl Chiu and Sis. Loretta Wong.

Usher Ministry- 27 June 2010
Pray for Bro Daniel Tan, Sis Lydia Lee and Sis Winnie Chia as they greet the members/friends cheerfully. Pray for their safety in the Lord's work.

Worship Service: Pray for worshippers to come early for worship always.

Missions
Filadelfia: Pray that God will grant wisdom to the leaders as they serve Him. Pray for the workers as they begin to construct the kindergarten building. Pray for their safety.

Shelter Home: Pray for the children that they will grow physically as well as spiritually. Thank God for the new building which can house more children. Pray for their protection from evil men.

Other Ministries
Youth Ministry: Pray that God will strengthen the youth in their walk with the Lord. Thank God for their outreach last Friday. Pray for salvation of souls. Pray for the follow-up of those who came for the outreach.

Adult Fellowship: Pray for the parenting seminar in June. Pray for the speakers, Rev David Wong and Bro Chien Chong. Pray for a blessed time of learning and fellowship.

Sis Chew Gim: Pray that she will have the joy in serving God in the orphanage. Pray that she may have the opportunity to witness to her colleagues and to the kids. Pray for her health too.

Peacemaking Seminar: Praise the Lord for lessons we can learn to be peacemakers. Pray that we will be humble and desire to have peace in our church. Pray for the Lord's protection upon our church from strife and conflict.

Session meeting: Pray for unity in our discussion and decision in the Lord's work.

Vacation Bible School (VBS): Pray Bro Daniel Tan and team for wisdom as they plan for this event in December.

Children's meeting in church (a monthly program). Pray for the children to attend and wisdom in planning the monthly activities.

Personal Evangelism: Pray for constant opportunity to connect with non-Christians and share with them the Gospel.

Usher's retreat in July: Pray for the planning of this retreat by Bro Allan Lim.

Good News Club: Pray for follow-up of children who came for meeting.

Church Camp Committee for 2011: Pray for the Lord's leading in selecting the camp committee for next year. Pray for the Lord to lead us to the next venue too.
