Praise and Prayer Items in Brief

Pulpit Ministry-13 June 2010
Pray for the Lord's anointing on Dr William Harding as the Lord's messenger and Pastor as Chairman. Pray for our instrumentalists: Sis Cheryl Chiu and Sis Joanna Hor. Thank God for the ministry of Dr Harding. Pray for a revival in our hearts as Dr Harding share God's Word with us in church and the camp.

Usher Ministry- 13 June 2010
Pray for Bro Augustine Tham, Sis Geraldine Tham and Sis Irene Kho as they greet the members/friends cheerfully. Pray for the ushers as they serve the Lord each week that they will be blessed. Pray for their safety too.

Worship Service: The worship service is a special service. Pray for the Holy Spirit to help us worship the Lord in spirit and in truth. Pray that the words of our mouth and meditation of our hearts be acceptable unto the Lord each time we come for worship. Pray for worshippers to come early for worship. Pray for all worshippers to make great effort to be early in church always!

Missions
Filadelfia: Thank God for Pastor's ministry with them last Sunday. Pray for the new staff to adjust well as he joins the ministry in June.

Shelter Home: Praise the Lord for a wonderful dedication service last Sunday. Thank God for a new building and for bringing more children to the home. Pray for wisdom to guide the children in the way of the Lord.

Filadelfia will also begin work on the Kindergarten building soon. Pray for the work to go on smoothly.

Other Ministries
Youth Ministry: Pray for the outreach in June. Pray for non-Christians friends to come along. Pray for fine weather and safety.

Adult Fellowship: Praise the Lord for this ministry. Pray for the parenting seminar in June that it will bless the hearts of those who will be attending. Pray for the speakers: Rev David Wong and Bro Chien Chong.

Sis Chew Gim: Thank God for her ministry in China. Pray for the salvation of her loved ones in Singapore. Pray for her as she serves the Lord there that she will be close to the Lord. Pray for her spiritual life.

James Tan: Pray for our brother as he prepares to serve the Lord in a short-term mission in Thailand (July-Aug). Pray for a blessed time of learning and opportunities to share the Gospel. Pray for safety and good health.

Church Camp in 2010: Pray for the Lord's spirit to touch the hearts of the campers through the messages. Pray for travelling mercies and good health for all campers. Pray for Dr & Mrs Harding's health.

Our prayer life: Pray for ourselves to be faithful in seeking God constantly. Pray for more to come forth to pray on Wednesday night. Pray for our church to be a house of prayer. Pray for the Lord's blessings to be upon His intercessors.
