Praise and Prayer Items in Brief

Pulpit Ministry- 1 August 2010
Pray for the Lord's anointing on Pastor as the Lord's messenger and Bro Lee Chang Loong as Chairman. Pray for our instrumentalists: Sis Jasmine Toh and Sis Tay Boon Jin.

Usher Ministry- 1 August 2010
Pray for Sis Lynna Seah, Bro Tan Teck Shi and Bro Cheah Kun Cheng as they greet the members/friends cheerfully. Pray for their safety in the Lord's work.

Worship Service: Praise the Lord for another day of worship. Pray for a blessed time of worship. Pray for wisdom to apply God's Word in our lives. Thank God for a place to worship the Lord.

Missions
Filadelfia: Pray that God will strengthen the leaders as they serve Him. Pray for the members/friends to grow in their spiritual lives. Pray for Sis Ang Liang as she is expecting her third child. Pray for wisdom as they plan to start building the kindergarten. Pray for Rev Lee as he ministers to the church today.

Shelter Home: Pray for the children that they will grow in their love for the Lord. Pray for the care givers that they will have wisdom, patience and love to look after the children.

Other Ministries
Youth Ministry: Pray that God will use the youths to reach out to their loved ones and friends. Pray that they will be able to manage their time wisely in their studies. Pray for the planning of the youth camp in December. Pray for helpers to come forth and serve in this camp.

Adult Fellowship: Pray for Rev Jack Sin as he speaks on "Stress Management" on 31 July. Pray for a time of blessed learning and fellowship.

Evangelistic Outing on Sat 28 Aug: Pray for the Evangelism com and AF as they plan for this event. Pray for the 3 testimonies from "Helping Hand" that God will speak through them to the non-Christians. Pray for non-Christian loved one to come for this outing. Pray for an open heart to receive God's Word.

Sis Chew Gim: Pray for her ministry in the orphanage. Pray that the Lord will use her to witness to the kids as well as co-labourers. Pray for her spiritual life to be in tune with the Lord.

Pray for Bro James Tan's ministry in Central Thailand co-labouring with the OMF. Thank God for the many wonderful lessons he has learnt from the Lord. Pray for his safety.

Church Expansion Plan: Pray for the Lord's leading in this matter. Pray for the church leaders and members to work together in this project. Pray for the building funds to grow quickly.

Family Worship On July 24: Praise the Lord for a blessed time of worship at the residence of Mr & Mrs Eric Ng.

Pray for the children's meeting in church on Sat 31 July. Pray for more children to attend. Pray for parents to allow their children to attend this meeting.
