FRUIT TREES OF GRACE CHURCH

Chiku (sabodilla), mango, green and red jumbus are the trees flourishing in our small garden near the refreshment area. Thank God for the efforts of Bro B. H. Ong and his team who planted these fruit trees. These brethren are here almost every Saturday morning to clean the church compound and to tend the garden. They cut the grass, trim the hedges, transplant the bougainvillea into larger pots, and water the plants. You have seen the fruits of their labour each Sunday. Thank God for the labour of love from these brethren.

Bro Richard Tan has also been taking care of the church maintenance. He is also a part of this group who comes on Saturday to clean the church. These are people who work behind the scene quietly for the Lord. I am grateful to the Lord for such members who love the Lord and His Church. We want to acknowledge their service for the Lord and thank them for looking after the physical part of the church.

If you wish to assist, please contact Bro Richard Tan and volunteer your services. I am sure he will be most happy to have you be a part of the team. The Church must be kept clean for the Lord. The present church cleaner, a lady, cleans the church interior thrice a week for half a day. We are thankful to the Lord for her as she does an excellent job. She also does some cleaning of the church compound, but she does not do any gardening. These tasks are done by Bros Richard Tan, B. H. Ong, Sis Patricia Ong and others. Brethren, keep up the good work!

Remember, every work for Jesus will be blessed. "And whatsoever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men… for you serve the Lord Christ" (Col. 3: 23-24).
