Usher Ministry- 11 October '09
Pray for Bro. Augustine Tham, Sis. Geraldine Tham and Sis. Irene Kho as they greet our brethren cheerfully.

Worship Service: Thank God for the opportunity to worship the Lord this morning. Let's pray for a blessed and edifying time of praising the Lord.

Missions
Filadelfia: Praise the Lord for this ministry in Batam. Pray that the Lord will bless their work richly. Pray for pastor as he ministers to them next Sunday.

Shelter Home: Pray that the building of the kindergarten will go on smoothly and as planned. Pray that their members will learn to give by faith in this project. Pray for pastor as he conducts the ground-breaking service next Sunday.

Other Ministries
Youth Ministry: Pray for the youth that God will strengthen their faith. Pray for them that they will be obedient to God's Word. Pray for their time management and studies. Pray for the planning of the combined youth fellowship next year.

Church Building Project: Pray for the Lord's leading in our church extension plan in expanding the back portion of the church. Pray for the Lord's clear leading in this task.

Adult Fellowship: Pray for Rev Yap Beng shin who will be our next speaker on 31 Oct.

Reformation Month (October): Pray for our members to remember the 16th Century Protestant Reformation. Pray for a blessed month of learning and treasuring our precious Protestant heritage.

DVDs on the Reformation (October): Pray for a refreshing time of learning and appreciation for the reformers.

Evangelism Training Sessions in Church: Pray for Sis. Catherine Ng and the facilitators as they conduct these training sessions in October.

Our Children's Exams: Pray that God will grant them wisdom as they prepare for their PSLE, O-Level & A-Level exams. Pray for their parents that they will be pillars of encouragement and strength to their kids.

Vacation Bible School in December: Pray for the preparation for this outreach work. Pray for the working committee as they plan the various activities.

Christmas Outreach: Pray for the evangelism committee as they plan the Film Festival. Pray that our loved ones and friends will attend. Pray for salvation of souls.

Pastor & Session Leaders: Pray that God will grant them wisdom in carrying out their respective duties. Pray for good health for all of them.
