REFORMATION MONTH
October 2009

We are always grateful to the Lord for the 16th Century Protestant Reformation, which brought the Bible back to the church. Thank God for men like Martin Luther whom God raised for this task. While the church was in darkness under the Roman Catholic Church (RCC) whose superstitions and traditions were unbiblical, God raised up Luther to bring forth the Light of God's Word to the church. We should never forget what Luther did.

On this occasion of Reformation Month, Grace church will dedicate two Saturdays for the showing of two great DVDs:

• Saturday 10 October at 5.30pm in the church we will screen "Truth Prevails: Undying Faith of Jan Hus".
• Saturday 24 October at 5.30pm in church we will screen: "Martin Luther".

Reformation Sunday will be held on Sunday 25 October in church.

The Adult Fellowship will meet on 31 October at 5.30pm in church with Rev Yap Beng Shin sharing with the group on the problem of VPP. This VPP has been the main source of trouble in the B-P Church lately and has caused a number B-P Churches to split. Let us be warned about it.
