I want to be with my friends.
Why do we have to go to Church so much?

"I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord".
Psalm 122 : 1

Christians go to Church to worship God, study the Bible, and be with other people who believe in Jesus. Church is a special place where you can learn more about God's love and how to please Him. Churches also sponsor clubs and other children's activities.

Remember, you can bring your friends to Church. You can also make friends at Church. God doesn't want you to be lonely or bored at His house.

ACTIVITY
With your parents' permission, invite a friend to sleep over on Saturday night. Make part of the invitation going to Church with you on Sunday morning. Be sure to ask your friend's parents if this is all right. You may have other activities at Church you would like to invite your friends to attend also. Whenever friends come to visit, and there is something going on at Church, you can make the church activity part of the fun time that you have with your friends.
