Praise and Prayer Items

Pulpit Ministry- 8 November
Pray for the Lord's anointing on Pastor as the Lord's messenger and as Chairman. Pray for our instrumentalists: Sis. Joanna Hor & Sis. Tay Boon Jin.

Usher Ministry- 8 November, '09
Pray for Sis. Eng Meng Hoon, Bro. Edwin Lian & Bro. Benjamin Lian as they greet members/friends cheerfully.

Worship Service: Let us pray that we will praise the Lord and worship Him in spirit and in truth each time we come into His holy presence.

Missions
Filadelfia: Pray for the leaders that they abide in the love of God and that they serve Him with joy. Pray that the Lord will grant them wisdom and good health in their work.

Shelter Home: Pray for the caregivers as they nurture the kids both physically and spiritually. Pray for their building project too.

Other Ministries
Youth Ministry: Pray for the up coming youth camp in December. Pray for the speakers: Rev (Dr) Bernard Low and Bro. Chien Chong. Pray for the Committee as they plan the various activities. Pray for the brethren to come forth to help out in this camp.

Adult Fellowship: Thank God for an enlightening talk given by Rev. Yap Beng Shin. Praise the Lord for a wonderful time of fellowship and learning.

Evangelism Training Sessions In Church: Pray for the trainer and the trainees. Pray that they may have the opportunity to witness to their loved ones/friends. Pray for their on-the-job-training with Sis Catherine Ng.

Vacation Bible School in December: Pray that we have a good attendance of kids for this outreach. Pray for salvation of their souls. Pray for more helpers to come forth to serve the Lord.

Christmas Outreach: Pray for the committee as they plan the Film Festival. Pray that our members and friends will invite their loved ones/friends to attend. Pray for the salvation of their souls. Pray for more carollers to sing on these occasions.

Pray for the Luwei performers as they prepare "Rain of Love" drama. Pray that the Lord will bless and encourage the cast as they practise their play. Pray for salvation of souls.

Vacation Bible School: Pray for the committee as they plan the various activities. Pray for helpers to volunteer their services. Pray for the attendance of the kids and their salvation.

Church Session Election in December: Pray for the right candidates to serve the Lord in the Session 2010-12.

Church Camp in 2010: Pray for the Lord to help us get the appropriate campsite.

Heads of Department meeting: Pray for the planning and budgeting of the church ministry in 2010.

Missions committee: Pray for the Lord to lead the committee in planning the missions for 2010.

Pray for the people affected by the natural disasters in Asia.
