messenger and Dn. Oei Kiang as Chairman. Pray for our instrumentalists:

Usher Ministry-16 August, '09
Pray for Bro. Kenneth Chiu, Sis. Elsie Chan & Sis. Wendy Leow
as they minister to the brethren in this task.
Worship Service: Praise the Lord for another Sunday to
worship Him. Let us quieten our hearts before Him and listen to
what He is trying to teach us via His holy Word.
Missions
Filadelfia: Pray for Pastor's ministry with them next Sunday,
16 August. Pray for our ministry to be a blessing to them. Pray
for Pastor's visit to the sick that they would be encouraged in
the Lord. Pray for: Ang Liang, Maria, Antonius, Leni, Jin Ming
who are the church full-time workers.
Shelter Home: Pray for them as they embark on the expansion
of the Home. Pray for the children: Vina, Nur, Julta, Anang, Wydia,
Kezia, William, and Daniel. Pray for their salvation.
Cambodia: Pray for preacher Chang as she returns to establish
a church in KompongSon.
Other Ministries
Youth Ministry
Pray for the Youth Cell Group, as they study on 1 & 2 Peter.
Pray for the planning and execution of the Combined B-P YF event
on 15 August, 2009.
Evangelism Seminar: Pray that God will be with Rev (Dr)
Paul Woods and the other 6 speakers as they expound God's Word
on their respective topics. Pray for a blessed time of learning.
Session Election in December: Pray for the Lord's leading
to give us the right people to serve Him from 2010-2012.
ASM: Pray for Rev Goh Seng Fong as he begins a new study
on "Counselling 1" on 6 August in Sembawang BPC.
Missions Prayer Meeting on the last Wed of each month.
Pray for the Lord's blessing on this gathering.
Church Camp 2010: Pray for the committee as they start
planning for this event.
Church Building Project: Pray for the Lord's leading in
the planning of our church extension plan.
Vacation Bible School (VBS) in December. Pray for the committee
as they begin to plan for this outreach.
AF Outreach on 29 August: Pray for this meeting as Elder
(Dr) Lee Soon Tai will speak on "Bone Disease".
Sick: Pray for Bro. John Chia's father-in-law who is recovering
from a stroke. Pray for Ruth Lee's mother (Mand. Service) who
is hospitalised because of a stroke.
Foreign Missions: Pray for Sis. Joanna Hor, Sis. Lydia
& Bro. Chang Loong who are away on a mission trip in China.
