GRACE ADULT FELLOWSHIP
4TH ANNIVERSARY
(JANUARY 26, 2008)
Thank God for the AF. All
praise to God for sustaining this ministry for the last four years.
I must thank God for the faithfulness of all the AFers who attend
the meetings regularly.
Thank God for the faithfulness of Bro. Eric Ng and Sis.
Cindy Ng, Bro. Raymond Seah and Sis. Jessie Seah
who have been committee members for the last four years. Their
love for this work is evident. I am thankful to the Lord for their
whole-hearted commitment to the AF (1 Cor. 15: 58).
As the AF enters the 5th year of service, we look to the Lord
for His steadfast guidance to bless and prosper this ministry.
Without the Lord's blessing we will not be able to sustain this
work.
The theme for the AF in 2008 is taken from Gal. 6: 10:
"As we have, therefore, opportunity, let us do good unto
all men, especially unto them who are of the household of God".
The key passage for the application of this theme is Matthew
25: 31-46. We will seek to do some social work in Batam
(Shelter Home). As the Lord has been good to bless us in Singapore,
we would like to share His blessings with our brethren in Batam.
We have planned two trips to Batam (Shelter Home) in June and
December.
Youth Group
This year, 2008, the youth group will also be meeting at the same
time as the AF each month. They plan to have a speaker in each
meeting if possible. The meeting will end at the same time with
the AF so that we could all have fellowship dinner together. If
you are young, please attend the meeting and be a part of the
youth ministry in Grace church.
Parents: do come to the AF and be with your children as
they learn to socialise with one another.
Bring a new comer to the AF or youth group this year. Make this
year one of your priorities of getting to know your members better.
This is a good place for fellowship. Our church is small enough
for us to know each other. The church would surely be blessed
when brethren come together for fellowship. Let us make the AF
such a place and that our people will want to come for this gathering
every month. May the Lord bless us all.
